"The trainee program was a perfect starting point for me to begin building knowledge in the insurance industry. Through a mixture of training sessions and hands-on experience, I was able to gain important skills that helped me start my career with confidence. Growing From Within

"The trainee program was an excellent opportunity to kick off my career. In the first 12 weeks of my employment, I was introduced to employees from all across the organization- peers, management, executives.  We even got to have a q&a session with Bill Cunningham, the CEO.  Between building my network from the start and the in-depth training sessions, I feel like I was set up for success as soon as I stepped in the door."

"The time you spend as a Trainee is what you make of it, but you definitely won’t regret it. You get to network with coworkers and create bonds/friendships along the way. I feel like the Trainee Program helped me ease into my job and provided me with the opportunity to succeed in my career overall."
