Not only do IAT’s leaders invest in our inclusion and diversity efforts, but our employees also play an active role. Progress takes measurement, so senior leadership meets regularly to review and assess our programs’ effectiveness.

Feedback has impact at IAT. Employees are invited to participate in group discussions (Community Forums) to discuss social trends, culture topics and more. Additionally, employees can serve on our employee focus group (IAT Ambassadors) to engage in dialogue around the employee experience and how programming and initiatives impact it. In our annual workplace culture survey, employees share their feedback and sentiment about their experience. Quarterly webcasts also provide employees the opportunity to pose anonymous questions to the CEO. New benefits, program enhancements and other changes have resulted from employee feedback.

To share industry insights and career opportunities, IAT partners with professional organizations and industry groups, as well as recruits from diverse campuses.
