IAT Gives

We believe in supporting the communities we call home. IAT Gives encompasses our company’s philanthropic efforts from individual to company contributions. Through our Charitable Match Program, IAT provides a matching contribution on a four-to-one basis (up to $800) for donations made by any individual employee to eligible charities. For example, if an employee donates $200 to a 501(c)(3) approved charity of their choice, the company will match the contribution with $800 for a total donation of $1,000. Additionally, employees have eight hours of Volunteer Time Off and eight hours of company-sponsored group volunteering to serve their communities together.

Giving Month

Every October, IAT hosts Giving Month, which provides a dedicated time for employees to come together to create a lasting impact in their communities. Throughout the month, philanthropic activities are organized by employee groups to promote team building and giving back to the causes we care about.
