IAT offers an industry leading, dollar-for-dollar 7% match on 401(k) plan contributions. Our discretionary retirement contribution also provides employees with added retirement funds, typically another 3% annually. IAT’s comprehensive health benefits start day one for full-time employees and their households. It is a high deductible medical plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) component that allows employees and IAT to make pre-tax contributions to this account.

We help employees pay down their college loan debt incurred while completing their associate, undergraduate, and/or graduate degrees. IAT matches 50% of an employee’s monthly college loan payment up to $300 monthly with a lifetime cap of $30,000 per employee.
Employees receive tuition assistance up to $5,250 per calendar year when working toward a qualifying degree or taking courses to further their advancement. IAT also pays 100% of tuition costs for insurance courses and programs related to specific professional certifications.
Employees have access to IAT University, a robust learning library with a variety of online courses on topics ranging from computer skills and customer service to leadership and management. Employees at all levels are encouraged to use IAT University to gain the skills they need to advance their careers. Additionally, we offer technical skills training, leadership training, mentoring and other programs to support the advancement of employees’ careers.
Through various offerings, employees have access to up to 18 counseling sessions annually at no cost. IAT’s Personal Wellness Counseling program offers support with mental, financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing to employees and their household. Additionally, employees receive reimbursement up to $300 for eligible wellness-related expenses and equipment.
We believe in supporting the communities in which we live, work, and play. IAT Gives encompasses our company’s philanthropic efforts from individual to company contributions. Through our Charitable Match Program, IAT provides a matching contribution on a four-to-one basis for donations made by any individual employee to eligible charities. Additionally, employees have eight hours of Volunteer Time Off and eight hours of company-sponsored group volunteering to serve their communities.
